Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email us at sales@atelierlissaporrata.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. No shipping cost to you.

Store Credit

All approved returns receive store credit, issued as a digital gift code that never expires.

We do not issue refunds to original payment methods.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, simply email us at sales@atelierlissaporrata.com with the new size or style preference. We’ll hold your new item once your return is in transit.

Eligibility

We accept returns from Puerto Rico and the mainland U.S.

Custom-made or sale are currently eligible for store credit returns under the same 15-day window.
